One night a man by the name of Jim corbet was coming from Ballylongford and as he was near the Coill bog he saw a small man mending shoes under a mushroom. Corbet stood for a while looking at him and he looked like a Leprechaun. He then stole up to him and caught him by the back of the neck and said "I have you nown and you must give me your money or I will have your life".
