    Will spend the cash we have in store
    At Knockbarron races,
    The dairy maid will have her cow,
    The farmer boy will leave the plough,
    The butcher will leave his stall and all
    And go to the Knockbarron races.
    Biddy with the basket, there she goes,
    Nimble trips with the heels and toes,
