  1. Tá lios i mBleántas. A Chathair a tugtar ar an lios. Tá páirc mór gairid don lios agus an fhaithche atá uirthi. Deir siad go raibh fear ag gabháilt thar brághaid oíche agus go bhfaca sé lán na faithche d'fhearaibh agus iad ag iomáint ar a ndícheall. Oíche breá gealaige a bhí ann is níor chuimhnigh sé ar dada. Chuaidh sé isteach ach ní fhacha sé aoinne ansan.
There is a lios in Knockboy in the Powers field. There are three big stones standing in the middle of it and one big stone left beside them. The old people said that there is a King buried under the stones. There is a well in the end of the field called the Bittern Well. It is a very old well. The old people said the well has something to be done with the lios of the three stones.
