  1. We play different games in different Seasons. In the Spring we play marbles and we skip. In the Summer we play pickie. In the Autumn we play hunting, hide and go seen and we crack nuts and sometimes we spin tops. In the Winter we play hunting and if the day is fine we skip. Only three people can be in skipping two to wind and one to skip. For pickie we draw ten squares in the ground and we get a flat stone. We pitch the stone and if you get on the line you are out.
