  1. Local monuments are few except for Annatrim church yard. Here are ancient tombs with inscriptions effaced by time. Others are readable, On the eastern corner of the old mason work said by and old local historian to belong to the ancient church, The belfry of the old protestant church still stands at the entrance gate to the old grave yard in the centre of which are three graves running North to South said to contain the remains of three priests. A short distance to the north is the well and the stone of Saint Kevin. The stone contains the mark of a tub and
