  1. One calm evening a woman called Honora Kerrigan who lived in Knappa Beg was spinning in her kitchen when suddenly a fairy breeze arose and came in the door and took the wool she was spinning. It brought the wool down the field. No one saw where the wool finally came to rest. There was a boy coming at this time through the field and he had to hold the wall so strong was the breeze that came against him. No one could account for the sudden breeze.
