    18. Some say the elder leaf is a cure for toothache.
    19. A cure for a burn is to catch an álpucar and lick it. Then you have the cure and you can cure the burn by licking it.
    20. If you get root of the "Seven Sisters" or another name for it is Sun Sprunge and rub it on a wart it will cure it.
    21. A cure for whooping-cough is to go under and over a white horse three times and the owner of him can give you a cure.
    22. The cure for ring-worm is sulphur and unsalted butter mixed with Oidine.
    23. A cert weed called Milk weed, if rubbed on a wart a certain number of times, it will cure it.
    24. If you cut a raw potato in pieces and rub one of the pieces on the wart and according as the potato reduces away the wart will reduce also.
    25. A cure for a tootache is to put ginger or pepper into the tooth, or to smoke a pipe.
