    A tailor was going to have a joke at the expense of the pedlar and he said:-
    Nach é Donachadh atá caoi
    Agus gan aon bhrígh i do bhásta
    I roball mná na tíre le na cuid sháwlta
    D, mar stopaidh tú ag fórt Ganlaigh
    Déanfaidh mise rann díot
    A rachais as seo go bheinn eada
    'S go millfaidh an meid eadaigh atá in siopa Tullacaoch.
