- There was a man once who had a daughter and she got married. The man went to live with his wife, father-in-law, and mother-in-law.
When they were eating their dinner the first day the old man said, "Tá mé féin sásta." "Tá mo bhean sasta" "Tá mo inghean sásta," agus duine gan náire nach bhfuil sásta. One day the son-in-law went to a funeral and he met a tailor. The tailor asked him what happened to him the five of six week he was married. "Nothing at all said he." "Well there did you reduced very much." He up and told the story of his father in law. The tailor said he'ld come and stay the night with him. The supper was left down as usual. The old man said the rhyme "Tá mé féin sásta." "Tá mo bhean sásta" "Tá mo inghean sásta agus duine gan náire nach bhfuil sásta." The young man was going to get out(continues on next page)
