When James Hoban came home from America his cousin asked him had he any news and he said he heard no news. His cousin said he was not so. He was going to the strand for sea-weed. There was a girl going spinning to a house. What came out of the house but an army of red soldiers. The girl went right through them. She never saw them although the man did see them. It was just breaking day and suddenly the soldiers disappeared.
