  1. Drumlum is marked as Drumlumman on O.S. maps. The Drumlum Ghost called the Snorer rode around the townland of Drumlum after sunset. It never left the townland. The ghost rode on a horse and wore white breeches. Jemmy MacDermott, a kilnman for Humphry Foy of Milltown in Corroneary about fifty years ago used to hurry home to get across the townland in daylight. One night he had just crossed and as he thought himself safe he exclaimed, "You're late tonight." With that he heard the ghost snoring behind him.
