  2. There was a lord lived in this place,
    That had a lovely daughter.
    She fell in love with a young man,
    That was a servant to her father.
    And when the father came to know, he said,
    That he would make him leave the Island,
    The lady said : My heart will break.
    It would part with young Martyland.
    She went to his lonely chamber
    "Rise up you before its day,"
    "This very night you will be taken"
