    The Cuckoo is a gentle bird, she sings
    as she flies.
    She brings us good tidings, and tells
    us no lies.
    She pecks the young birds' eggs, to
    make her voice clear,
    And she never cries "cuckoo" till the
    Summer is near.
    When the Cuckoo flies in the air, a small bird called the Riabog follows her. No one knows why.
    When the Cuckoo sings at night it is a sign of fine weather.
