    About 30 years ago he says, he read them in a book of Prophecies which fell into his hands.

    1) There would be mileage marks erected at the cross-roads.
    2) There would be three dear years and sometime after three cheap years.
    3) The weather would be very bad so bad that the people would murmur against it.
    4) That the farmer would feel the strength of the blizard.
    5) The cocks would crow at an irregular hours.
    6) The people would be very vicious towards each
