    The old people say that before the end of the world will come, there will be a wonderful light in the sky and sea. It is also said to be in Columkille's prophecy that cattle cannot be sold and that there will be bands of cattle and cows at every cross-roads.
    One day long ago a robin was on the fence picking a bit of dung and the blackbird came along and said, "Give me a bit". The robin answered, " Have it yourself or die without it".
    There is no fireplace like your own.
    Old soldiers never die they only fade away.
