Mick rushed towards him and as he reached out to grasp him, he tripped over a projecting root and was rendered unconscious. When he came to himself again it was broad day - light and the Leprechaun had disappeared. He lost no time in resuming, his homeward journey, an he would not pass that rath again after sunset.
