    There was a blackthorn tree seen on fire on a fence between Laca and Mountinfant. A woman named Siobhan lived in a little house near this tree, and she used to dance with the fairies. One night she was going up to see Con Kelleher who was sick. The fairies told her not to do any good for him or that she would pay for it.
    There was a tree on fire near James Daly's kiln of Tureenreagha and it used be seen every night It was very near Sonney Rings house. It was supposed to be a
