Máire Ní Mhurchadha also told him that when he would go home to get an iorn and reden it and put the other old lady out of the bed. When he went home he did it and when she saw him coming to the room. She sprung out of the bed and went out the window. The man and his wife lived for years afterwards, but they had no luck with their cattle. All their cattle died. They could not make butter.
