  1. Once there was a boy coming home from his work and he met a spirit and the Spirit began to dance in front of him and the boy caught her, and brought her home and put her siting near the fire. He said that she should be his wifes bride's maid, and the spirit was trying to go away and she said she would give him a crock of gold if he would leave her go, and that nothing would happen him coming back. He said he would leave her go and she brought him to a field and she took up a stone and under it was a crock of gold which she used to take from the people coming from Town and kill them. The boy went home and got married and he was rich all his life.
