    Many people churn in a bottle but most people churn in a barrel churn. People with only one or two cows spend over a week gathering the cream to make the butter. In summer the cows give more milk than in winter. People use butter-milk for making bread & in winter when it is boiled it is used as whey to drink for a cold.
