    The children long ago were very handy towards they are now.
    Girls used to make teddy bears out of straw & pieces of cloth & they made motorcars from matchboxes & lots of boys made traps for catching birds & they made snares to snare rannits.
    Three boys made a car out of a box & they put four wheels on it.
