Bread
There were various kinds of bread long ago, and even at the present day, some of the bread is used. Some off the breads that were used are:- potato-cakes, boxty-bread, oat-meal bread and some indian meal cakes. When flour was scarce, the principal bread used was oat-meal bread. Oat-meal bread was made by mixing some milk with the oat-meal. It was mixed up well, and after rolled out in the table with a rolling-pin.
