    Marblehill saw the bag. They took it with them and it is said that is why they were so rich.
    There is another fort in the downland of Liss and it must be a very big one at one ? time. There are bushes growing there.
    It is only about a quarter of a mile from the other one and long ago the people of one fort could see the people of the other fort. When danger was near at hand the people of a fort could make it known to the others by signs. They would be prepared to fight if enemies were coming.
