    Twas on good and on Good Friday too in the afternoon when they came with a spear in their hands struck our Saviour across the heart. His blessed blood began to flow, his blessed mother being standing by with a hard heart and dismal sigh and those who say this prayer three times by day, three times by night neither sin nor danger, nor the flames of hell will they ever have, shall they ever enter into.
