  1. A man who live in the townland of Curra in the parish of Ballinakill was harrowing in a field one day. He was caught in the harrow and his horse ran away. He was drawn round the field. The neighbours saw him and they took him into his house and put him to bed.
Next day the horse came in to the man who was near dead. The horse saw him in the bed and went up to him. He turned round round again and went out. The man died very soon afterwards. It is said that the fairies were seen there after he died.
