    servant had to give it a drink. She said she couldn't open the door. The horse said to throw some under the door. As soon as the horse got the water he turned himself into an eel and off it went to the river. When the owner came to give it a rope of hay he found the stable empty. He ask the servant what happened? He went at once to the river and he stopped the river from flowing in order to catch the eel. The men looked under every stone until they came to the stone under which the eel was. The eel turned itself into a fox and turned the twelve men into twelve hounds. The hounds followed the fox. The hounds followed the fox and when the hounds were keeping up to it, it turned itself into a hawk and it turned the hounds also. When the hawks were keeping up to it it saw a girl sitting at her window. The hawk flew in and told her to close the window. The girl shut the window. The other hawks were coming so swiftly that they were
