  1. The people say if there is a ring around the moon it's a sign of rain and another sure sign is a rainbow.
    If they see the Northern lights in the sky it's rain also. If the clouds are dull or black it's rain too. When the sun is read and up early they say it is rain.
    When there's alot of stars out it's frost. When the wind comes from the North we will have snow or rain. When the birds fly high it's fine weather and fly low it's bad weather. When the dogs eat grass it's rain also. Dust in the road is
