Buying and SellingShops were common in olden times. The people had to go to the nearest town to buy and sell. Labour was often given in exchange for goods. The words connected with buying and selling and ["tick] and the meaning of it is to give cattle to a man until he would have the price of it.[Hucksters] were people who used to go around gathering eggs.
