    Where the grass grows green
I love my native country am I'm loyal to my Queen.
But I'll not forget old Ireland where the grass grows green.
And poor Pat was often painted with a ragged coat and hat.
And his heart and hospitality has much to do with that
Let "Slanders" say what they will they cannot call it mean
Your a stranger always welcome where the grass grows green.
