    Con Cremin who lived in Tureen formerly called the Crown lands. The farmers were getting limestone free and Con was drawing it one day up a steep hill. His horse failed and he untackled the horse and pulled it home himself.
    He was harrowing oats with a colt and the cold failed. He untackled it and held harrowing with the other horse until night.
    Cronin Coltsman made a wager with a man in Cork named Mr. French that there was a man in the Crown lands that could carry a load on his shoulders.
