  1. Potatoes are grown on every farm two or three acres every year. People change their seed potatoes every second year. The work man prepares the ground. The workman gets a plough and two horses and ploughs the ground and makes the drills and puts manure into them. The seed is cut and planted in the ground and the drills are closed the same day. When weeds grow i the drills they are grubbed.
