There was a man living in Miltown ,Tulla Co.Clare ,who used never have any potatoes ,only black and small ones.His neighbour ,whose garden was very near his used to have ricks of good potatoes.The man who used to have the potatoes which used to be bad went to a card-cutter who was living near Miltown and told her he used to have very bad potatoes and his neighbour used to have ricks of of good ones.She told him when he would be ploughing the first scribe for the potatoes the(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
