    To rub a clothes iron to a lump takes it away.
    Poultices of cow- dung boiled in milk and applied to lump prevents festering.
    To rub lumps with several different irons such as nail ,put horse shoe staple ,screw, pincers and file.
    To hold the sprained foot under a cold water tap.
