The house and farm owned by James Cooney in the townland of Drumbinnis, and known as the "Rookery" (because in the tall pine trees that surround it the crows built every year) was purchased by his grandfather in 1830. His grandfather was born in the townland of Muff in the parish of Kill(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
