Ar an leathanach seo

  1. The bread that was used in olden times was boxty- bread, potato-bread and oaten-bread. Wheaten bread is made from wheat and oat meal bread is made from corn. The wheat and corn are grown on the farms. The wheat is changed into wheaten meal in the mill and the corn is changed into oaten meal. There is one mill called Barton' Mill that makes flour.
    Boxty bread is made with raw potatoes grated and boiled potatoes and flour. The raw potatoes are peeled and grated and mixed with the boiled potatoes and flour. It is then baked on a pan or in an oven.
    Oaten bread is made with oaten meal. The oaten meal is wet with soft water. Then it is put out on a table and
