  1. Mike Smith Dungimmon Mt Nugent Co Cavan, used to carry a 30 st bag of wheat up a straight ladder 22 ft high and put it in on a mill window. He also used to walk to Drogheda with a load of oats and live on blackberries for two days.
    He was able to raise two barrells each containing a cwt of fish.
    A man named Mat Reilly Dungimmon (dead 60 yrs) was one day going to a mill with a 20 st bag of wheat. The bag fell off. He lay down on his mouth
