  1. Sunset in the Gammons Loach
Reflect the Chapel tower and block
The cemetary where lies the dead
Reflects its trees upon the waters red
The waters blue and sky above it
With crimson glow of light to flood it
Tis well the Author he has studied
    Valure[?] with all its charms.
    II
I stood amazed I had to stop
Ans when I gazed what a lovely snap
But my Camera I had not got
    In such a rare occasion
    Shadows fade away and die
But natures ways you can't defy
I longed once more to be a boy
    I'd love to study nature
And as I gazed on the waters smooth
    Not a murmur or rebuke
And I had another look as shadows they were falling
I was then it vanished from my sight
And well I knew that it was night
    The moon with dilenour[?] bright
    Praised be God and Nature
