Some time out in the evening a cow gave a roar in the yard, and the woman ran in to see what was the matter. When she went in one of the cows had another cow horned, and all her side was torn. She ran out to the field and told her husband to come in as quickly as he could. He left the spade in the ridge after him, and ran in. They fixed up the cows and when they came out
