    The farmer said to the land lord, "When I was giving you some of the money you wouldn't take it, and you can wait for it now." The land lord then told his bailiffs to put and his wife and children out of the place. He was glad to get the opportunity because he wanted the farm for another man.
    Daly then struck the land lord on the head, with the flail which he had in his hand. He fell back and died immediately.
    Daly then went away and was never seen or heard of afterwards. No one ever went to live in that place ever afterwards, because the land lord's ghost used to be seen there.
