    Ned McGuigan of Drumgoose was minding cows in a field beside Middletown. He went to the top of the field and lifted a a stone and found a half penny and the next day he got a penny and every day the money doubled itself. His mother and father wondered to see how much money he had and made him tell where he got it. He told and never got any more.
