  1. In the townland of Lurgan there is an old field called fort field it belongs to Tom Armstrong. There are fairie tracks to be seen in it and long ago there used to be fairies seen in it. There is a big pipe made of stones and you could walk under the ground about a half mile. Tom Armstrong's father often went under the ground and could here the fairies playing tunes and he learned to play on the fiddle from them. It is a great big green field.
