    Local Cures
    Heart.
    Dandelion and slownlas .(Slánlus)-juice extracted and drunk .A story is told of a turkey which had no heart ,and was fed on these,
    when killed ,a little heart was found to have formed.
    Chin Cough.
    A child affected this to pass in and out under a white mare ass six times.Any cure given by a man riding a white horse was suppose to be affective."Man on white horse what will cure the chin cough" was a common phrase.
    Sore eyes.
    :- St. well ,a short distance from the school was visited and sore eyes washed there.Several cures are spoken of Two people -
