    in Grangeford. According to the law at the time he should have a dwelling on it. The landlord wanted to take the holding from him, He brough him to the law courts. He got twenty-four hours to give up possession of his farm as had not a dwelling house on it. He gathered all his neighbours together that night and his house was built, roofed, and Dwyer family were having their breakfast in the morning in the house and his descendants are there to the present day.

  2. A man named Mahon owned a small farm situated in the townland of Rath na Sfonnach and Parish of Rathoe. The Landlord sent a bailiff to evict him. The bailiffs name was The Hero Moore. He arrived at Mahon's house at seven-o-clock in the morning and Mahon was boiling a skillet of potatoes for his breakfast. He looked out through the window and saw The Hero Moore sitting on the pump trough waiting for him to open the door to evict him. When Mahon had his breakfast taken he opened the door
