  1. We children in the town of Wexford do not play Jack stones but my cousin in the country plays them.
    She gets five stones and sits on the middle of the floor. Then she puts one on the back of her hand and throws it up in the air. She tries to catch the four on the floor and the one coming down in one hand. Then she puts two on the back of her hand leavs two on the floor then she tries to catch the two coming down and the two on the ground in one hand and if she succeeds in catching the stones she wins the game.
