  1. "There is a big ship sailing over the Illy-Ally you" is played at any time of the year especially in Summer. Any number of children are allowed to play this game. First one little girl puts one hand against the wall and catches her neighbour with the other hand. Then they are all hand in hand and pass under the girls' arm which is touching the wall and sing out.
"There is a big ship sailing oer the Illy-Ally You.
    "O'er the Illy Ally You.
"There is a big ship sailing.
    "Oer the Illy Ally you,
In the last day of September.
Then thay all twirl around still as they pass underneath until they are all hand in hand. Then they go around in a circle then the game is ended
