  1. Feet Troubles
Our feet are a very important part of our body so we should take great care of them. There are a lot of common troubles that people have with their feet for instance flat feet, corns, bunions and sweating feet. A lot of these diseases come from neglection of your feet.
for instance when you wear a pair of boots too small you will get corns & bunions because bunions are caused when your toe gets out of its place or socket & a corn comes from letting lumps of skin grow on your feet & also from the pressure of a boot on this.
Sweating feet is a thing that cannot be helped or cures because every person sweats in some part of their body. The cure for this is wash them in very hot water with vinegar added to it.
A lot of people either turn in their feet or some times out & this goes in families & this is called hereditary & is difficult to alter.
