    be without a blackguard, and her prophecy is true. We are told she then travelled on to Kileedy where she founded a convent, also a beautiful well sprang up there. It is visited by the people on the 15th of January. I saw the well once as a funeral was going to Kileedy.
    St Ita was born in or about 480 a.d. She was descended from the Deci of Waterford.
