There they settled a day on which to examine the premises. If they were pleased with everything they settled a day to buy the ring and the jewellery. They had a motor car each and they met at the jewellery shop. Then they went to the priest to tell him about the marriage. Then they settled a day for the marriage. Each of them gets a person to stand for them. They had a wedding also. The wedding started at the girl's house and finished at the boy's house. It was a custom to go one road and come home the other road. The wedding lasted a day and night. After they went on their honeymoon to Dublin, or London, or Wales.
