We visited the druidical Altar, at Clounglaskin, Castletownbere, about a week ago and it is a thing of historical interest. It consists of a ring of stones, with one stone standing higher than the others. The table consists of a broad slab, and is situated in the centre of the ring. Another stone which was once standing leans upon the table.
