  1. There is a lios at the foot of Maulin, and some years ago the owners of it, were going to dig it out, but they said it was as well to let it alone. It is said that fairies were seen near the "Lios" several times long ago. The people who saw them were aftraid to go near it alone again in the night-time. It is said that there are gold and silver buried there but nobody knows, whether it is there or not.
